The Traveling Nine is a small, family-owned business built on thoughtful design and elevated moments. With over a decade of professional event planning experience—including celebrity celebrations, golf outings, and large-scale gatherings—we know how to refine every detail and create events that feel polished, personal, and seamlessly executed.

Some of our favorite memories growing up were made on vacation playing mini golf—filled with laughter, connection, and a little friendly competition. Years later, while planning a private event, we searched for an elevated mini golf option and found that nothing available locally felt truly event-worthy. We couldn’t help but imagine how perfectly this offering would have fit into our own wedding cocktail hour—something fun, interactive, and truly wow-worthy for guests. That realization sparked the idea for The Traveling Nine: a refined, design-forward take on a classic favorite.
