Booking is simple! Click the ‘Request a Proposal’ button at the top of the page to get started. We’ll send your personalized proposal within 2–3 business days. A 50% deposit secures your date, with the remaining balance due 14 days before your event.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak wedding and event seasons. Dates are only secured once the deposit is received.
If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your event, we will refund your deposit. Within 60 days of your event if you cancel, the deposit is non-refundable. Orders canceled 14 days prior to the event will be billed in full.
A 4% service fee is applied to each booking to support secure payment processing and ensure a seamless booking experience from start to finish.
Additional fees may apply for:
• Custom enhancements (personalized items, signage, etc.)
• Holiday or peak-date bookings
• Delivery outside our standard service area
• Additional hours added to rental
• Dedicated event attendant
• Setups requiring additional labor beyond our standard installation
